I think everyone secretly resents me because I went to sleep. Whitty is glassy-eyed and irritable. Her hand is asleep and her speech is slurred. Lee is pretty much the same as always. I can tell he’s starting to feel the effects because he is almost cursing. They reached a point where Lee was upstairs and Whitney’s Hunter couldn’t jump high enough to get up with him. With frustration setting in, she passed her controller to Lee who was able to get up her up to the second floor by double jumping off his Warlock’s head. Todd seems to have somehow gotten more hyper, possibly because he’s one of the first people to make it to Mars
Get your ass to Mars.
That’s right. M-A-R-S… Mars, bitches. The game has changed! The fusion rifle is actually being recommended. Apparently it’s much better at higher levels. Lee is mostly rocking a pistol now. It doesn’t have much of a zoom but deals great damage even if you hit from long distance and is great if you happen to walk up on somebody. The other important thing to remember about Mars? Grenades.
I’d jump in front of a traaaain for ya…
Todd’s at level seventeen and has been building up his blade dancer ability, which allows you to slash your way through groups of enemies (While looking cool!). Lee is at thirteen and has been using Vortex with his Nova Bomb. He says it’s great for bosses that aren’t very mobile. Whitney is at eleven and still buffing up the gunslinger talents. She’s been spending her time building up a pretty nice sniper rifle which is useful against all these enemies that have a built in target (Aim for the glowing red light). I am asking them about previous times they’ve stayed up over a long period.
Lee- “I don’t think I’ve ever stayed up past twenty hours. The last time I stayed up super late my parents couldn’t wake me up. They picked my lock and started shaking me and took me to the hospital because they thought I had been drugged or something.”
Whitney- “Around twenty-four hours. Probably a church lock in.”
Todd- “Around thirty-six hours once. We recorded overnight in Florida, left the studio, and drove back to Nashville”.
I’ve gotta go to work soon but I’m sure one of Destiny’s Children will be able to keep updating you.
